A 40-year-old female patient without health-related issues, with loose skin of the lower third of the face and marionette lines was seen on consultation for a possible facelift procedure. During consultation, after discussing the need for general anesthesia, with the recovery time needed and possible side effects, the patient refused to have an open surgery procedure such as deep plane facelift. A vast number of possible treatment options have been presented to the patient, and it was decided to proceed with a radiofrequency-assisted technique called AccuTite™. One year after two procedures, with 6 months between each, this patient had an improvement similar to a facelift procedure without general anesthesia and without any adverse events.
